Tajikistan sent a delegation to compete at the 2016 Summer Paralympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from 7–18 September 2016.
Tajikistan was represented by a single athlete in Rio de Janeiro: sprinter Romikhudo Dodikhudoev.
This made Rio de Janeiro the country's fourth appearance at a Summer Paralympiad.
