Talkh Ab (Persian: تلخ اب)[a] is a city in Khenejin District of Farahan County, Markazi province, Iran, serving as the administrative center for Talkh Ab Rural District.

[4] At the time of the 2006 National Census, Talkh Ab's population was 3,100 in 8,281 households, when it was a village in Feshk Rural District of the former Farahan District of Tafresh County.

[4] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 3,681 people in 1,162 households.
