As of 2010, Tallow had four players on the Waterford county panel: James Murray, Aidan Kearney, Mark O' Brien and Thomas Ryan.
[citation needed] Tallow GAA's ground, Páirc Eamonn de Paor, is named after the former Waterford hurler and coach Ned Power who taught in the local school through the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s.
Power played for and coached a number of Tallow teams in both hurling and football.
[citation needed] Tallow is amalgamated with Knockanore Shamrocks and play under the name of Cois Bhride for the County and Western division Minor and Juvenile Championship.
[citation needed] Both clubs run separate teams for each other underage competition.
