[9] Immediately upon leaving the station, the car turns slightly to the left and then begins to ascend the 98.4-foot (30.0 m) vertical lift hill.

The car then descends a 97-degree beyond-vertical drop, reaching a speed of 52.8 miles per hour (85.0 km/h).
