Tarucus rosacea, the Mediterranean Pierrot or Mediterranean tiger blue, is a butterfly in the family Lycaenidae.

Adults feed from the flowers of Ziziphus species.

The larvae feed on Ziziphus jujuba.

They are associated with ants of the Plagiolepis, Camponotus and Monomorium genera.
