Dr. Mortimer, a mad scientist, kidnaps both Tabonga and Tarzeena so he can use them as guinea pigs for his evil experiments.

Mandy, Jed, Jack, Ted and Shana all come to Tarzeena's rescue and destroy Dr. Mortimer.
