Tegula hotessieriana is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Tegulidae.

The solid, umbilicate shell has a conical shape.

The body whorl is convex, depressed below the suture and, rounded at the periphery.

The aperture is rounded-quadrate, smooth within or finely lirate.
