Telegraph Hill also known as "Bourne Hill" is a mountain in Barnstable County, Massachusetts.

It is located on 1.5 miles (2.4 km) south of Sandwich in the Town of Sandwich.

Discovery Hill is located southeast of Telegraph Hill.
