Temblor Formation

The Temblor Formation is a geologic formation in California.

It preserves fossils dating back from the Late Oligocene to the Middle Miocene of the Neogene period.

It is notable for the famous Sharktooth Hill deposit (otherwise known as Ernst Quarry).
