He played college football at Bowling Green[1] and was originally signed by the Detroit Lions as an undrafted free agent in 2018.
He has also been a member of the Washington Redskins, Green Bay Packers, New York Guardians, and Montreal Alouettes.
As a redshirt freshman for the Bowling Green Falcons football team in 2014, Redding caught five passes for 59 yards in limited action.
As a redshirt senior in 2017, Redding caught a career high eight passes for 197 yards and two touchdowns against Miami (OH) in a 37-29 victory.
[2] He finished his senior season with 45 receptions for 624 yards and led the Falcons with eight touchdowns, earning him Second-team All-MAC.
[15] On March 10, 2022, Redding was selected by the Houston Gamblers of the United States Football League in the 2022 USFL supplemental draft.
