Teofilów [tɛɔˈfiluf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Inowłódz, within Tomaszów Mazowiecki County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland.

It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) north-west of Inowłódz, 13 km (8 mi) east of Tomaszów Mazowiecki, and 57 km (35 mi) south-east of the regional capital Łódź.
