Terje Wold (23 August 1899 – 6 September 1972) was a Norwegian judge and politician for the Labour Party.
He was a member of the United Nations War Crimes Commission from 1945 to 1946 and the European Court of Human Rights from 1959 to 1972.
Wold was appointed Minister of Justice during the cabinet Nygaardsvold, and sat from 1939 to 1945.
On the local level he had been a member of the city council of Vadsø Municipality from 1925 to 1928 and 1931 to 1936, serving as mayor in 1928 and 1934 to 1936.
