Maze has also been a member of the Los Angeles Avengers, New York Sentinels, Omaha Nighthawks, Sacramento Mountain Lions and Saskatchewan Roughriders.
Maze was a 2001 All-CIF selection at cornerback as a senior at Santa Monica High School.
Maze played college football at San Diego State from 2003 to 2006, recording 136 tackles, four interceptions and 20 pass breakups in 42 games.
Maze signed with the Los Angeles Avengers of the Arena Football League in October 2007 and played with the team during the 2008 season.
Through his first three seasons in the CFL Maze accumulated 106 tackles, 1 quarterback sack 2 interceptions and 1 fumble recovery.
