Thaïs Henríquez Torres (born 29 October 1982) is a Spanish synchronized swimmer.

She competed for Spain in the team event at the 2008 Summer Olympics, winning silver, and the 2012 Summer Olympics, winning bronze.

She won eleven medals at the World Swimming Championships between 2005 and 2013, and eight medals at the European Swimming Championships between 2006 and 2014.
