The Thai League 3 Cup, currently known as the BGC Muang Thai Insurance Cup for sponsorship reasons, is an annual knockout competition in men's domestic football in Thailand.

Starting in the 2024–25 season, the competition is divided into two distinct phases: The final match is held at a neutral venue and is decided by a penalty shootout if the score remains level after extra time.
