Casimir Pulaski Foundation

Named after Casimir Pulaski, the foundation specializes in foreign and security policy within the transatlantic and post-Soviet contexts.

[1][2] The Foundation was founded in Warsaw in 2004 by Zbigniew Pisarski, Katarzyna Pisarska, Radosław Ciszewski, and Adam Jarczyński.

[1][3] The Foundation's fields of activity include publishing strategic analyses for political, civil society, and private actors, advising decision-makers, and organizing the Warsaw Security Forum.

[5][6] The Foundation engages in research with a special focus on Central and Eastern Europe, as well as publishing analyses and providing policy advice.

It has been held annually in Warsaw since 2014 and brings together representatives from over 90 countries to discuss current security challenges and strategies and to promote dialog between policymakers, experts, and civil society actors.
