The Heretic (West play)

The Heretic is a play by Morris West, written in 1970 and composed in blank verse.

[1] West expressed his perspective on theater by stating, “Theatre is a win, lose or draw business," said West.

Having done it then I knew something would make it possible.” [2] The play was published in 1970 and performed in London the same year.

[3] The Heretic was revived in a 1985 production at the Sydney Opera House's Playhouse.
