Thijs van Hofweegen (born 30 November 1996) is a Dutch Paralympic swimmer with cerebral palsy.

He also won the bronze medal in the men's 50 metre freestyle S6 event at the 2022 World Para Swimming Championships held in Madeira.

Van Hofweegen represented the Netherlands at the 2016 Summer Paralympics held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and he won the silver medal in the men's 400 metre freestyle S6 event.

At the 2016 IPC Swimming European Championships held in Funchal, Madeira, he won the silver medal in the men's 100m freestyle S6 event.

In 2021, Van Hofweegen represented the Netherlands at the 2020 Summer Paralympics held in Tokyo, Japan.
