The Thirteen Buddhist Sites of Yamagata（山形十三仏霊場, Yamagata jūsan butsu reijō）are a group of 13 Buddhist sacred sites in Yamagata Prefecture, Japan.
The temples are dedicated to the Thirteen Buddhas.
