Sir Thomas Danby (1610 – 5 August 1660) was an English landowner and politician who sat in the House of Commons between 1640 and 1642.
[1] He supported the Royalist side in the English Civil War.
[2] He owned 10 manors and over 2,000 acres including coal mines.
[2] Danby died in London and was buried in York Minster.
They had sixteen children, of whom ten, eight boys and two girls, survived infancy.
