Thomas Kanjirappally Oommen (born 29 November 1953) is an Indian Anglican bishop.

He had taken an undergraduate degree in divinity from Leonard Theological College, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.

Oommen was elected as Bishop of Madhya Kerala Diocese of Church of South India in February 2011.

He was ordained as the 12th Bishop of the CSI Madhya Kerala diocese at the Holy Trinity Cathedral, Kottayam on 5 March 2011.
