Thomas Krol (born 16 August 1992) is a retired Dutch speed skater, who is specialized in the 1000m and 1500m.
Krol finished third at the ISU World Cup 1500m event in Berlin in December 2014.
In February 2022, at the Beijing Olympics, Krol won the men's 1000-meter race (1:07.92) and won the first Olympic gold medal of his career.

According to Krol, he had two dreams: to win the Olympics and to become a pilot.
