Thorpedo Anna

Thorpedo Anna (foaled January 28, 2021) is a multiple-Grade 1-race-winning American Thoroughbred racehorse who in 2024 won the Grade I Kentucky Oaks, the Acorn Stakes and the Coaching Club American Oaks at Saratoga Racetrack and the Breeders' Cup Distaff at Del Mar.

[2] Thorpedo Anna is a dark bay filly who was bred by Judy Hicks in Kentucky.

She is currently co-owned by Nader Alaali, Mark Edwards, Judy Hicks, and Magdalena Racing (Sherri McPeek).

Jockey Brian Hernandez Jr. was aboard both horses for their respective wins.

[5] In December 2024, Thorpedo Anna's sequestrum was successfully removed through the jaw procedure at the Rood & Riddle Equine Hospital.
