Tirso Silvano Cruz III (Tagalog pronunciation: [ˈkɾus]; born April 1, 1952) is a Filipino actor, comedian, and singer.

Loreto's father, Lewis Edwin Bailey, was an American soldier, from Stowe, Vermont, and was the son of French Canadian immigrants.
