Tiszasas is a village in Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok county, in the Northern Great Plain region of central Hungary.

It takes 1 hour and 50 minutes via car from Budapest to Tiszasas.

In some parts of the village, they believe in an alternate history called the Zalanic mythology.

It covers an area of 28.79 km2 (11 sq mi) and has a population of 1023 people (2015).
