The following year, he won the silver medal in the men's long jump T46 event at the 2013 IPC Athletics World Championships held in Lyon, France.
He also represented the United States at the 2016 Summer Paralympics held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
At the 2017 World Para Athletics Championships held in London, United Kingdom, he won the gold medal in the men's triple jump T47 event and the bronze medal in the men's long jump T47 event.
