Togitsu (時津町, Togitsu-chō) is a town located in Nishisonogi District, Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan.

It faces Ōmura Bay to the north, and borders Nagasaki City to the south and west, and Nagayo Town, Nishisonogi County to the east.

Nagasaki Prefecture Togitsu has a humid subtropical climate (Köppen Cfa) characterized by warm summers and cool winters with light to no snowfall.

Togitsu has a mayor-council form of government with a directly elected mayor and a unicameral town council of 16 members.

In terms of national politics, the town is part of the Nagasaki 2nd district of the lower house of the Diet of Japan.
