Tom D. Kijiner is a Marshallese politician and former government minister.

Kijiner was born on 29 August 1945 in Likiep Atoll.

[1] He was 1974 to 1979 the representative of Likiep Atoll in Marshall Islands Congress.

[2] Later he received diplomatic duties as ambassdor-at-large from 2007 to 2009,[3] and in 2012 he was appointed as the ambassador to Japan.
