Tomasz Tułacz (born 29 December 1969) is a Polish professional football manager and former player, who is the current manager of Ekstraklasa club Puszcza Niepołomice.

[2] During his tenure, he led the team to two promotions, the first of which came at the end of 2016–17 campaign, after finishing 3rd in the II liga.

On 11 June 2023, Puszcza defeated Bruk-Bet Termalica Nieciecza in the 2022–23 I liga play-off final and achieved their first-ever promotion to Ekstraklasa.
