Tommy Carr (Gaelic footballer)

Tommy Carr is an Irish strength and conditioning coach and former Gaelic footballer who played for the Dublin county team.

Carr received an All Star in 1991 in the same year that he won a National Football League medal with Dublin.

Carr was an advisor to the Wexford senior football team "on physical fitness and mental attitude matters" in 2002 under the management of Ger Halligan.

[citation needed] This was six years after he turned down the opportunity to succeed Páidí Ó Sé as manager of the senior team.

Carr is a strength and conditioning coach and works in this capacity with his son Simon, the professional tennis player.
