Tomoko Fukumi (福見 友子, Fukumi Tomoko, born 26 June 1985 in Tsuchiura, Ibaraki) is a Japanese judoka from Tsukuba University.

Later she won the gold medal in the extra-lightweight (–48 kg) division at the 2009 World Judo Championships.
