[3] Following his loss to Ashley, Booth defeated undefeated American boxer Omar Sheika (14–0, 9 KOs), by a points decision (PTS).
[7] Booth faced undefeated heavyweight Derek Chisora at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff on 7 April 2007, on the undercard of Joe Calzaghe's successful WBO super-middleweight title defence against Peter Manfredo Jr., losing on PTS, by 40–36.
