Topli Vrh (pronounced [ˈtɔːpli ˈʋəɾx]; also Topli Vrh nad Bistrico,[2] German: Warmberg[3][4]) is a remote abandoned settlement in the Municipality of Črnomelj in the White Carniola area of southeastern Slovenia.
[5] Its territory is now part of the village of Rožič Vrh.
Topli Vrh was a Gottschee German village.
It was burned by Italian troops during the Rog Offensive in the summer of 1942 and was not rebuilt.
