Tora-san's Lullaby (男はつらいよ 寅次郎子守唄, Otoko wa Tsurai yo: Torajirō Komoriuta) is a 1974 Japanese comedy film directed by Yoji Yamada.

It stars Kiyoshi Atsumi as Torajirō Kuruma (Tora-san), and Yukiyo Toake as his love interest or "Madonna".

The family takes the sickly baby to the hospital where Tora-san falls in love with the nurse, causing complications.
