Tosun Terzioğlu (13 March 1942 − 23 February 2016) was a Turkish mathematician and academic administrator.
He studied mathematics at Newcastle University, UK and received his BS in 1965.
Between 1968-1994, he taught at Middle East Technical University (METU) in Ankara.
He had been the president of the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK) between 1992-1997.
