Trešnjevac

Trešnjevac (Serbian Cyrillic: Трешњевац, Hungarian: Oromhegyes) is a village in Serbia.

The village has a Hungarian ethnic majority (96.19%) and its population numbering 1,868 people (2002 census).

The inhabitants of the village are mostly farmers; sheep breeding is one of the characteristic features of Trešnjevac.

Gazdag Ág, organized in Trešnjevac, is one of the most important folk events in the municipality.

The aim of the event is to give platform to the rich cultural heritage of ethnic Hungarian villages in the region.
