The woman, Bird Piché, 24, is suing after she sustained spinal cord injuries, alleging negligence from the defendant, and their failure to prevent "unsafe and/or dangerous conditions."
The suit names the venue Mohawk Place, the promoter After Dark Entertainment, LLC, Trophy Eyes, and frontman John Floreani.
