Tuddenham

[2] Between 1943 and 1963, RAF Tuddenham was a Royal Air Force station close to the village.

Today, the site has been returned to agricultural use, and little remains of the airfield facilities.

[3] The nearby Cavenham Heath National Nature Reserve is breeding ground of stone curlews and woodlarks.

The Icknield Way Path passes through the village on its 110-mile journey from Ivinghoe Beacon in Buckinghamshire to Knettishall Heath in Suffolk.

The Icknield Way Trail, a multi-user route for walkers, horse riders and off-road cyclists also passes through the village.
