Tulniki [tulˈniki] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Siemień, within Parczew County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland.

It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) south of Siemień, 7 km (4 mi) south-west of Parczew, and 42 km (26 mi) north of the regional capital Lublin.
