The Turkish Basketball Second League, also called TB2L, is the third-tier level league of professional club basketball in Turkey.

A total of twelve (12) teams in third (3rd), fourth (4th), fifth (5th) and sixth (6th) places in their groups will be eligible to play in the Play-Off Elimination Round matches in order to advance to the Play-Off Round of 12 matches.

A total of three (3) teams in the last place in their groups will lose their right to play in the TB2L in the 2025-26 season.

The six (6) teams that advance as a result of the Play-Off Round of 12 matches will face each other in away matches, two rounds and league format.

As a result of the Final Group matches; The team that takes the first (1st) place in the group becomes the TB2L Champion, the team that takes the second (2nd) place becomes the TB2L Runner-up and both teams are entitled to take part in the Turkish Basketball League (TBL) in the following season.
