UEC European Track Championships – Women's scratch race

The women's scratch race at the UEC European Track Championships was first competed in 2014 in Guadeloupe, France.

The winner is the first to cross the line, taking into cyclists who have lapped the peloton.

One of the less controllable events on the track, the first eleven editions of the event up to 2024 produced eleven different gold medalists.

Kirsten Wild of the Netherlands has the unique distinction of winning a medal of each colour.

No other rider has more than two medals, making wild both the most successful and most decorated scratch rider in the history of the event.
