Ukraine competed at the 2025 Winter World University Games in Turin, Italy, from 13 to 23 January 2025.

[1] This marked the best result since the 2011 Winter Universiade, when Ukraine won 15 medals including 6 golds and finished 3rd.

Ukraine debuted in curling and won its first Universiade medals in freestyle skiing.

[5] Stepan Kinash, Vladyslav Chykhar, Roman Borovyk, and Liliia Steblyna competed at their second Winter World University Games.

[6][7] In the round robin, Ukraine finished 8th out of 10 team ahead of Great Britain and China.
