In 2015–16, the club was owned by the Armenian businessman Henrikh Ghazandzhyan and sponsored by the "Holiday" Group of Companies.

Winning the game, Ulisses FC secured their place in the top tier for the next season.

On 3 February 2016, the club declared that it will not participate in the second half of the 2015-16 Armenian Premier League season.
