United States District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi

is a federal court in the Fifth Circuit with facilities in Aberdeen, Greenville, and Oxford.

As of March 1, 2021[update] the acting United States attorney is Clay Joyner.

As of November 1, 2021[update]: Chief judges have administrative responsibilities with respect to their district court.

The chief judge serves for a term of seven years, or until age 70, whichever occurs first.

The U.S. Attorney is the chief law enforcement officer for the Northern District of Mississippi.
