Arkansas has four seats in the House, apportioned according to the 2000 United States census.

The Green Party of Arkansas is the only opponent to the incumbent in most districts.

As of 2024[update], this is the last election in which Democrats won both the House popular vote and the majority of congressional districts in Arkansas.
