The United States women's national flag football team represents the United States in women's international flag football matches.

In 2023, the International Federation of American Football (IFAF) ranked the United States women's team 1st worldwide.

In 2008, the women competed in the IFAF Flag Football World Championship where they finished fourth.

At the 2023 Americas Championship both the women's and men's teams defeated Mexico to win gold.
