Following Zero Hour: Crisis in Time!, which reboots the Legion's continuity, Universo is depicted as Sarmon Ardeen, Saturn Girl's cousin.

After a precognitive terrorist attempts an assassination, he hypnotizes Saturn Girl into missing his true identity.
