Upper Talbotstown (Irish: Baile an Talbóidigh Uachtarach) is a barony in County Wicklow, Ireland.
The Uí Máil were centred in Upper Talbotstown from the 7th century.
The Ua Tuathail (O'Tooles) were driven here in the late 12th century.
