Ustou (French pronunciation: [ystu]; Occitan: Uston) is a commune in the Ariège department in southwestern France.

The commune of Ustou comprises several villages: Saint-Lizier, Le Trein, Sérac; and numerous hamlets, including: Escots, Bieille, Rouze.

Inhabitants of Ustou are called Ustouens.
