Vémyslice is a market town in Znojmo District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
It lies mostly in the Jevišovice Uplands, only the northeastern part of the municipal territory extends into the Boskovice Furrow.
The highest point is the hill Tanárka at 391 m (1,283 ft) above sea level.
The main landmark of Vémyslice is the Church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary.
It was originally a Romanesque church, rebuilt in the Baroque style at the beginning of the 18th century.
